Aiming at the mining of 1.3 m to 2.4 m coal seams, a small shearer was developed, designed and manufactured. The machine has dual working devices and dual operating systems, which can be used with the underground scraper machine to effectively solve the problem of small underground space, difficult turning and time-consuming. The machine is equipped with 660/1140V explosion-proof motor as the power source to ensure safe underground construction.

The main parts and components of the hydraulic system, such as hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve, rotary cylinder (required for the arch repair machine), travel motor assembly, seals, main electrical components, motors, etc., are imported or domestic high-quality brands. The steel used for the whole vehicle is Q345 steel.

The main components are designed to meet the requirements for the maximum entry size and weight of the coal mine lifting cage: no more than 4.5m long × 1.75m wide × 2.3m high, and the maximum disassembly weight is no more than 2 tons, which can be adjusted according to the size of the wellhead.
